These terms govern your use of bareandbrown.ae (the "Site"), operated by Bare & Brown ("Bare & Brown", "we", "us"). By using the Site or submitting an enquiry, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Our service
Bare & Brown is a private, by-appointment bespoke luxury gifting house serving Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The Site is an information and enquiry platform — it is not an online shop. No prices, orders, or payments are processed through the Site. Every commission begins with a private conversation.
3. Enquiries and commissions
Submitting an enquiry, or contacting us via WhatsApp or email, does not create a binding order. Any commission, specification, timeline, and price is confirmed separately in writing between you and Bare & Brown. As each gift is bespoke and one-of-a-kind, presentation, materials, and components may vary, and images on the Site are illustrative of our work rather than a fixed catalogue.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, design, the Bare & Brown name and logo, and our photography — is owned by or licensed to Bare & Brown and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
5. Third-party brands
Any third-party names, logos, or products shown on the Site appear solely as examples of gifts we have created and remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
6. Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep the Site accurate but provide it "as is", without warranties. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bare & Brown is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
8. External links
The Site links to third-party services (such as WhatsApp and Instagram). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
